TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Training Courses are available to permanent residents of the United Kingdom only. We will not accept bookings from any other country except by prior agreement at the discretion of ESDL&PA management only.

Shop safely on line using any of these cards: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro and Solo.

We accept payment in UK Sterling only.

We can also accept payment by cheque. Simply print out your shopping basket page when complete and send it along with your payment to the address shown here. All cheques should be made payable to East Sussex Dry Lining and Plastering Academy Ltd. Clearance period required before confirmation of booking.
Any cheque that has to be resubmitted for payment will incur an additional fee of ten pounds sterling (£10.00).

Booking and Payment Terms

Upon the cleared receipt of the deposit of one hundred pounds sterling (£100) we will accept the booking of the chosen course, or the next available course and confirm in writing.
The balance payment must be received within four weeks of the commencement date of the course, to guarantee placement. If the balance is received outside this period, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to a different course date.
Confirmation again, will be in writing.

Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Terms

A full refund or deposit refund will be made, provided written notification is received a minimum of four weeks from the commencement date of the course.
Notification within four weeks of the commencement date of the course will be subject to no refund.

Privacy Policy

ESDL&PA Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly to process your order and second to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not email you in future or pass your email address to other parties.
We do not sell, rent, trade or give away personal information about our customers unless we are required to do so by law.
The type of information we will collect about you consists of: Your name, Address, Telephone Number, Email address, Credit/Debit Card details.
The personal information we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
