'They (The Academy) are not about money, they are about what is best for my company. At the initial meeting with Roger, I told him I wanted Level 3 CSCS Cards for my Site Supervisors, as quick as possible and at minimum cost. He had great handouts that explained what the cost was, what grant I got from the CITB, what qualifications were suitable and how long they would take. Within 30 minutes I had a training plan for my company that was right for me'.
